Orders and delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are packed within one to two working days. Delivery usually takes a further two to four working days, depending on your city.
Do you deliver everywhere?
We deliver nationwide. For deliveries outside the country, send us a message before ordering and we will confirm whether we can ship to you and what it will cost.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on orders over Rs. 3,000. Below that a flat charge applies, shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a tracking number by email once your parcel is collected. If it has not arrived within a day of ordering, check your spam folder before contacting us.
Returns and exchanges
Can I return a piece?
Unworn pieces can be returned in their original packaging. Message us first and we will send you the return instructions.
Can I exchange for a different style?
Yes, provided the piece is unworn and still in its packaging. Any difference in price is settled before the replacement is sent.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Send us a photograph within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it. You will not be charged for the return.
Are earrings returnable?
For hygiene reasons earrings can only be returned if the seal on the packaging is unbroken. This does not affect anything that arrives faulty.
Materials and care
What are your pieces made of?
Each piece is 18k gold plated over a stainless steel base, set with shell pearls or cut crystals.
Will the gold plating wear off?
Plating is a surface layer, so it wears with time and use. Keeping pieces away from water, perfume and lotion makes the biggest difference to how long they hold their colour.
Are they suitable for sensitive ears?
The base is stainless steel, which many people with sensitive ears find comfortable. If you have a known metal allergy, please check with your doctor before wearing.
How should I look after them?
Put jewellery on last, after perfume and hair products, and take it off before washing, swimming or sleeping. Store each piece in the pouch it arrives in so pieces do not rub against one another.
Can I shower or swim while wearing them?
We would not recommend it. Water, and chlorine in particular, shortens the life of any plated finish.

What payment methods do you accept?
All methods shown at checkout. If your preferred method is not listed, message us before ordering.
Is my payment secure?
Payments are handled by Shopify's checkout. We never see or store your card details.
